Treatment Issues: Courtney is particularly passionate about supporting individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, as well as postpartum anxiety and depression. She also has experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, adjustment disorders, OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, insomnia, binge eating disorder, impulse control disorders, anger issues, and grief.
Education & Training: Courtney received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing at the Missouri-Columbia. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing center as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Background and Experience: Courtney provides compassionate, evidence-based care with a partnership-based approach. She works alongside patients to create treatment plans that respect their values and, when desired, incorporate their faith. Combining clinical expertise with empathy, Courtney fosters a safe, supportive environment where individuals can move toward the best version of themselves.
Special Interests & Services: Prior to working at the Restoration Psychiatry, Courtney worked at the Holiner psychiatric group as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. There she provided outpatient care and helped develop the Spravato Program. As an RN, she has experience caring for adults in both neurology and psychiatric units, including patients with medically complex needs.
Additional Info: Originally from Denver, Courtney made Dallas her home in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and their mini goldendoodle, Dixie. She loves traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, curling up with a good book, and staying active with barre classes. Courtney also enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers her time with Make-A-Wish North Texas.
